TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing with my TOS
-The payment is for a personalized digital art, presented as a digital image according to the customer's order. The buyer will not receive any physical items through shipment.
-I will NOT draw anything explicit or nsfw/offensive stuff/anything that makes me uncomfortable
- I'll share the work in progress with you, but if you want changes, let me know during the sketch/base colors phase. Once the piece is finished, I won't make any more changes. (If you really want it, we can make it happen, but I would have to raise the price.)
-The person commissioning the work is allowed to upload it to their site, as long as proper credit is given.
-You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.
-I will only provide the art with my watermark.

Ordering
-By commissioning me, you need to provide me with a clear reference image of the character you want to be used.
-I appreciate it when customers share a bit about the character's personality; it's not obligatory, but it enhances the final result of the drawing.

Payment
-Payments must be in USD and made through PayPal.
-The payment must be made in two parts: half of the total price before I start the work, and the remaining portion after I have completed the piece. However, you have the option to pay the full amount before I begin the project if you wish.
-You can request a refund if I haven't started working on your commission.
-Once the work is completed, refunds for the commission are not available.
-You can reach out to me via Instagram DMs (@SupCharlo), and from there, we can continue our communication or transition to Discord for better image quality when sharing work-in-progress images.
